This role involves managing schedules, crews, and relationships with clients while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in project management or estimating, preferably in commercial painting, along with strong communication skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management or estimating.
• Background in commercial painting or related trades is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and prepare estimates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
