Omnicom Media Group UAE - PHD is seeking a Senior Associate for Paid Social & South Search to lead campaign management and optimize performance across major platforms. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, collaboration with the Social & Search Team, and delivering client-focused results in a fast-paced agency environment.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Google Ads, SA360 or Marin, and strong analytical skills to support billing, reporting, and creative asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications, or relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of paid social and search management experience
• Hands-on experience with major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Hands-on experience with SA360 or Marin
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
• Results-driven, eager to learn in fast-paced agency setting
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Paid Social & Search campaigns and oversee day-to-day activities
• Assist with monthly billing and reconciliation processes
• Analyze in-platform data to identify optimization opportunities
• Monitor performance, trends, and make adjustments
• Manage creative assets and lead keyword/ad copy creation for Paid Search
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance
• Contribute to reporting with insights and actions tied to client goals
• Perform quality assurance on accounts and Excel workbooks
