Qualifications

• 6+ years of Paid Search Experience and 4+ years managing junior team members
• Hands on keyboard experience with Google Ads and MSFT Ads
• Experience with bid management tools (SA360, Skai or Marin)
• Experience with Adobe or Google Analytics

Responsibilities

• Paid Search Strategic Planning: Develop long-term execution plans aligned with client objectives.
• Paid Search Data Analysis: Extract meaningful insights from data and relate to client goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of search professionals and provide training.
• Client Communication: Present plans to clients and internal teams, maintain relationships.
• Paid Search Financial Management: Forecasting, budgeting, and pacing within budget constraints.
