PMG, a global independent platform company, seeks a senior Paid Social Lead to drive strategy, budgeting, and measurement across campaigns for prominent brands in the Dallas area. Collaborate closely with PMG’s cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven outcomes while mentoring junior teammates.

You’ll work with platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others, using PMG’s Alli tech to extract insights and optimize performance for client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in paid social strategy or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategies with budget planning, forecasting, testing frameworks, learning roadmaps, and measurement plans.
• Conduct platform audits and develop strategies to optimize campaigns and team capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to monitor and adjust campaigns daily according to client goals.
• Build and nurture client relationships as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
• Leverage Alli to craft data analyses and reports that drive actionable insights.
• Mentor junior team members to grow into leadership roles.
• Ensure timelines and budgets are met while achieving strategic objectives for client brands.
