Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid social strategy or digital media experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of paid social ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit).
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar paid social programs across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and strategic authority for paid social across enterprise client portfolios.
• Develop full-funnel paid social strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
• Lead cross-platform initiatives across major social platforms and emerging ones.
• Design advanced testing roadmaps including incrementality studies and AI-enabled optimization.
• Mentor senior team members and lead complex client presentations and executive reviews.
