• Hands-on knowledge of major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and emerging platforms.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing direct-response campaigns.
• Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets and optimizing based on data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Support planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns to drive subscriber acquisition.
• Manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and platform partners to ensure accurate launches and optimization.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, audience strategy, and creative effectiveness.
• Contribute to best practices, testing roadmap, and measurement initiatives for Disney+ and Hulu accounts.
• Translate test results into actionable recommendations with analytics partners.
• Evaluate new platform betas and advertising products for potential use.
• Stay current on social media trends and growth opportunities for subscriber acquisition.
• Develop campaign analyses and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders and partners.
• Work with Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Media Strategy teams to support campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners while juggling multiple campaigns.
