Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is partnering with a leading entertainment and streaming provider to hire a Senior Paid Social Specialist for an 11-month contract in a hybrid role (Burbank, CA or New York, NY; 4 days onsite, 1 day remote). You will own hands-on paid social campaign execution focused on subscriber growth and performance marketing.

The role requires 3+ years in paid social, strong skills in Meta/Ads Manager and Snapchat, and a data-driven approach to optimization across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in paid social advertising or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid social campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta/Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Experience with direct-response campaigns focused on subscriber growth or conversions.
• Experience with campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, and in-platform optimization.
• Strong analytics to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns for subscriber acquisition.
• Execute day-to-day activities across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and others.
• Build, launch, and quality-check campaigns for correct setup, targeting, creative, and tracking.
• Monitor performance and apply data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and acquisition.
• Support testing across creative assets, audiences, bidding, and measurement approaches.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, Media Strategy, Product Marketing, agencies, and platform reps to improve performance.
• Analyze results, prepare readouts, and propose opportunities to improve subscriber growth.
