Job summary

GR0, a Los Angeles-based digital marketing agency, seeks an experienced paid social specialist to own campaigns from strategy to execution across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will optimize placements, audiences, and creative, while delivering performance analyses to clients and guiding junior teammates.

You will manage multiple client accounts (5–8 small or 4 large, with support for up to 6), escalate issues, and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of agency and e-commerce experience.
• Familiarity with advertising ecosystems across major social platforms.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience managing multiple clients with monthly budgets between $50,000 and $500,000+ per client.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, Northbeam, and Shopify backend.
• Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, owning strategy to execution.
• Optimize ad placements, targeting, and creative strategies to meet client objectives.
• Conduct performance analysis and reporting using Meta Business Suite and TikTok Analytics.
• Serve as the primary contact for mid-tier client accounts (5–8 small or 4 big accounts solo, up to 6 with support).
• Provide strategic insights to improve campaign performance and audience targeting.
• Address client escalations autonomously and propose resolutions.
• Apply advanced optimization techniques like A/B testing and audience segmentation.
• Deliver data-driven insights and persuasive presentations to influence client decisions.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and performance.
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude for reporting and insights.
• Lead creative strategy for clients, guiding in-house or agency teams with briefs and testing roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of Meta’s Andromeda ad delivery system and its impact on structure.
