829 Studios is seeking a senior Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive success. You will strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns, mentoring junior colleagues and potentially overseeing direct reports over time.

You will update clients on progress, prepare deliverables from kickoff to reporting, and advise on achieving business goals through digital advertising.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6-8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Deep familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Strong analytics experience with Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Experience with PM tools like ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com.
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Tag Manager or similar.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Data Studio, NinjaCat or TapClicks.
• Excellent time management and organization, ability to juggle multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Update clients regularly on the status of digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Serve as a technical resource to departments and peers.
• Conceptualize and implement departmental process improvements.
• Mentor and coach junior team members; potential leadership over time.
• Strategize and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
