Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Paid Search Senior Associate in Integrated Media within Corporate & Investment Banking to design and execute paid search strategies, lead campaigns, and collaborate with line of business marketers.

You will own defined workstreams, optimize performance, and present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring governance and risk standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in paid search or related fields.
• Experience managing campaigns with limited supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SA360 and analytics tools preferred.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of paid search strategies aligned with acquisition, lead-generation, and business growth objectives.
• Independently manage defined paid search campaigns and workstreams - in partnership with the paid search COE - from planning and activation through optimization and performance reporting.
• Translate agreed business and marketing priorities into channel plans, campaign structures, keyword strategies, testing plans, and measurable performance objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Conduct and guide keyword research, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, bidding optimization, and landing-page analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and user outcomes.
• Execute A/B tests and structured test-and-learn plans to evaluate new tactics, campaign features, automation opportunities, and emerging search capabilities.
