Job description

This role is suited to someone who combines strong hands‑on paid search knowledge with analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You should be comfortable managing competing priorities, navigating a matrixed organization, and adapting your communication style to different stakeholder groups. The JPMorganChase paid search COE will execute the paid search strategies and plans you design in partnership with your line of business marketing stakeholders.

As a senior associate of paid media within Corporate & Investment Banking, you will independently manage defined campaigns and workstreams, applying your paid search expertise to help achieve acquisition, lead‑generation, and growth objectives. You will coordinate input from multiple stakeholders, communicate risks and dependencies clearly, and help move work forward within agreed strategic, governance, and decision‑making frameworks.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of paid search strategies aligned with acquisition, lead‑generation, and business growth objectives.
• Independently manage defined paid search campaigns and workstreams – in partnership with the paid search COE – from planning and activation through optimization and performance reporting.
• Translate agreed business and marketing priorities into channel plans, campaign structures, keyword strategies, testing plans, and measurable performance objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Conduct and guide keyword research, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, bidding optimization, and landing-page analysis to improve campaign effectiveness and user outcomes.
• Execute A/B tests and structured test‑and‑learn plans to evaluate new tactics, campaign features, automation opportunities, and emerging search capabilities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in paid search, search engine marketing, performance media, digital acquisition, or lead‑generation campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience managing paid search campaigns and defined workstreams with limited day‑to‑day supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience building productive relationships, coordinating input, managing expectations, and maintaining alignment across multiple teams.
• Confidence presenting campaign recommendations, performance insights, and proposed actions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of paid search platforms and campaign‑management tools, with familiarity with SA360 and analytics platforms preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret performance trends, identify opportunities, and develop data‑informed recommendations.
• Experience with keyword research, campaign structure, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, bidding, optimization, and performance measurement.
• Ability to translate technical campaign information and performance data into clear presentations and recommendations for non‑technical audiences.
• Solutions‑oriented approach, with the ability to investigate issues, evaluate available information, and recommend practical next steps.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and developing structured action plans within agreed strategic direction.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, risk management, control, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing, media, demand‑generation, or lead‑acquisition programs.
• Familiarity with integrated search strategies, including the relationship between paid search, SEO, content, and landing‑page optimization.
• Interest in emerging areas of search, including automation, AI‑supported optimization, new search experiences, and audience‑led marketing strategies.
• Curiosity and commitment to building deeper expertise in paid search, performance marketing, stakeholder management, and evolving media capabilities.
