WPP Media, an AI-driven media operating unit, is seeking a Senior Associate, Paid Search to manage campaign execution for clients. You will advance beyond basics, handling responsibility, mentoring junior teammates, and serving as steward of internal search planning.

You will provide tactical recommendations to senior search teammates, digital teams, and clients. You will stay current with tools and interfaces (AdWords, Bing, Bid Management Platforms, eMarketer, SEMrush, etc.) and train

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience.
• 1+ year or more of practical experience running paid search campaigns.
• Hands-on experience planning/buying across Google and Bing using tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and BingAds.
• An in-depth understanding of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management and optimization practices.
• Knowledge of third party platforms such as Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick or analytics tools like Adobe Omniture is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day management of the search plan including bid recommendations, execution details, budgets and accounting.
• Develop initial keyword lists using brand territory for review.
• Run search reports to mine for new keywords, ad text, pacing and spend.
• Write initial drafts of ad creative based on briefs and client direction.
• QA keywords and traffic flow using Bid Management Tools.
• Train Associates and oversee their deliverables.
