CVS Health is seeking a Senior Search Specialist to support and optimize paid search initiatives across Front Store, E-commerce, and Omnichannel platforms. You will drive data-driven optimization, partner with SEO, Analytics, and Media teams, and contribute to the evolution of our Search Center of Excellence.

The role requires 2+ years in paid search, familiarity with AI-powered search, and strong analytical and presentation skills. Hybrid onsite 1–2 days/week in West Monroe, LA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid search experience supporting SEM programs.
• Knowledge of Smart Bidding strategies including tCPA and tROAS in Google Ads.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to translate data into presentations.

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns and AI-powered search initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Leverage data sources to evaluate performance and support testing strategies.
• Partner with SEO, Marketing, Analytics, and Media to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Communicate insights and test results to stakeholders and evolve the Search Center of Excellence.
