The role requires 2+ years in paid search, mastery of Google Ads bidding (tCPA/tROAS), strong Excel skills, and the ability to present insights. On-site 1–2 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid search experience supporting SEM programs.
• Knowledge of search automation, audience targeting, privacy rules, and Smart Bidding (tCPA/tROAS).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and the ability to present insights in PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• On-site work 1–2 days per week with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns to drive results.
• Analyze campaign performance and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Leverage data sources to support testing strategies for incremental growth.
• Partner with SEO/Marketing/Analytics/Media to align initiatives with goals.
• Communicate insights and test results to stakeholders and evolve best practices.
