Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Search Specialist to join the Search Center of Excellence and drive paid search initiatives across Front Store, E-commerce, Omnichannel, Pharmacy, and MinuteClinic.

You will work with SEO, Analytics, and Marketing to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights through data-driven strategies and emerging AI-powered search solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid search experience supporting SEM programs.
• Knowledge of Smart Bidding strategies and privacy regulations.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to translate data into presentations.

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns and AI-powered initiatives.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate performance using data sources and testing strategies for growth.
• Partner with SEO, Marketing, Analytics, and Media to align initiatives.
• Communicate insights and test results to stakeholders and evolve the COE.
