You will mentor junior teammates, analyze performance data, and collaborate with vendors to drive results. The role emphasizes data-driven testing, discovery of insights, and clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing paid search campaigns at scale.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to translate client goals into media strategy.
• Familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior team members on pacing and optimization.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain paid search campaigns for clients.
• Analyze and report data weekly/bi-weekly/monthly.
• Coordinate with 3rd-party tracking vendors.
• Test and optimize campaign variables to drive insights.
• Support leadership and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Lead status meetings with vendors and manage communications.
• Maintain campaigns to improve performance against benchmarks.
