Job summary

Omnicom Media's KINESSO team seeks a passionate search professional to translate senior-level strategy into daily tactical execution. You’ll drive world-class search campaigns for high-profile brands and clearly articulate outcomes to clients as the day-to-day lead.

In a multi-functional role, you’ll train and coach teammates, present strategies both virtually and in person, and coordinate between search and other digital channels to optimize performance, reporting, and insights.

Qualifications

• Agency environment experience required.
• Substantial paid search experience.
• Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search partners.
• Experience on at least one bidding platform (Marin, Kenshoo or SA360).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign strategies with the search director and execute campaigns.
• Lead presentations, both virtual and in person.
• Train and mentor team members, delegating tasks and providing feedback.
• Coordinate with other digital channels to support a multi-channel approach.
• Oversee client reports, insights, and optimization recommendations.
