Blacksmith Agency is expanding its marketing division to lead PPC and SEO for a diverse client portfolio. As Paid Search Manager, you own strategy, performance, and leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO, and conversion optimization.

This senior role blends analytical depth with strong communication and execution oversight, joining sales calls, shaping strategy, and driving measurable client outcomes from campaigns and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console and keyword research tools.
• Ability to present strategic recommendations to clients and account executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC and SEO across multiple industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Create 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for clients.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding, landing pages, CRO.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building, programmatic pages, AI-driven content.
• Track KPIs, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Coordinate priorities with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
