Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, and creative testing. You will lead client conversations, manage budgets, and drive appointment bookings.

You’ll write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, develop testing strategies, set up tracking, and optimize funnels while reporting results to the Associate Director of Operations. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead strategy conversations.
• Write direct-response copy and video sales letter scripts.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
• Monitor performance and optimize funnels.
