The role requires deep expertise in paid media, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with marketing leadership to drive qualified leads and booked jobs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Google Ads management with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Google Ads accounts across Haven’s divisions.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across divisions and service lines.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, match type management, and negative keyword pruning.
• Write and test ad copy, headlines, and extensions to improve CTR and conversions.
• Maintain clean, auditable campaign structures across Google Ads accounts.
• Stay current on platform changes and automation features.
• Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and dayparting for efficiency.
• Own and optimize Local Services Ads (LSA) and other paid platforms.
• Coordinate CRM data to connect paid media to revenue outcomes.
• Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
