Job summary

Enthusiast Auto Holdings, based at our world headquarters west of Akron, OH, seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to define and execute a comprehensive media strategy across our organization. You will manage performance campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms, driving customer acquisition and growth.

The role reports to the Director, Growth Marketing and requires 4+ years in paid media, strong analytics, and collaboration with Planning/Creative/Brand teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Paid Media (PPC, SEM, Display) and/or Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
• Optimize PMAX campaigns and bidding strategies.
• Manage multi-channel budget for multi-million annual spend.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Planning/Creative/Brand to align messaging and shopping experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all tasks.
