Plan A Digital LTD in Dallas, TX is seeking a hands-on Paid Media / SEM Manager to own strategy, optimisation and campaign performance across Google Ads, Shopping, and Paid Social. This role calls for client ownership, strategic recommendations, and mentorship of junior team members.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Paid Media/Performance Marketing, strong Google Ads skills, and experience with Shopping and Merchant Center. Hybrid work model with four onsite days and competitive compensation.

• Strong Google Ads, SEM and Paid Search expertise.
• Hands-on Google Shopping and/or Google Merchant Center experience.
