About The Role
The Senior Paid Media Manager will lead strategy and performance across a portfolio of accounts at a fast-paced travel performance marketing agency. This role is for someone who is not just experienced in paid media but actively shaping its future.

We’re looking for a marketer who is fluent in TikTok Ads, thrives on experimentation, and pushes beyond conventional tactics. You should have a strong foundation in platforms like Google and Meta, but TikTok should be your shining platform. You understand how to drive results in a creator-led, fast-moving environment.

You also seek opportunities to automate, using AI tools or building internal solutions to improve efficiency for yourself, your team, and your clients.

This role suits someone who combines hands-on execution with a builder’s mindset, is curious, resourceful, and always looking for smarter ways to work.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Lead paid media campaigns across search and social channels, focusing on TikTok Ads to drive acquisition and engagement through creative experimentation.
  • Continuously test and refine strategies across platforms, leveraging AI tools and automation for audience targeting, creative testing, and performance reporting.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and creative formats, and introduce new campaign ideas proactively.
  • Develop strategic campaign plans based on data, aligned with client goals.

Automation & Innovation

  • Seek ways to automate repetitive tasks using AI, scripts, or no-code tools.
  • Prototype custom solutions to streamline reporting, performance analysis, and campaign management.
  • Share insights and build repeatable processes to scale success across the team.

Client Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as the strategic lead for your client portfolio, aligning business goals with tactical execution.
  • Present performance insights and opportunities clearly and confidently.
  • Partner with account managers and team members to craft integrated solutions that foster growth.

Qualifications

Must-Have:
  • 3+ years of paid media experience with proven results on Google, Meta, and especially TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with AI tools, scripts, or automation in campaign workflows; bonus if you have built custom solutions.
  • Strong understanding of performance creative, especially in feed-native, short-form formats.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, always seeking better and smarter ways to work.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in travel or seasonal, intent-driven verticals.
  • Familiarity with tools like AdCreative.ai, ChatGPT, Zapier, or similar workflow tools.
  • Platform certifications or experience with brand/creator partnerships.
  • Knowledge of travel ad platforms like Sojern, Expedia Media Group, or Adara.
