Position Summary:

Bentley is seeking a highly strategic Senior Paid Media Manager to join our growing global marketing team. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in shaping our paid media strategy across search, social, and display channels while working cross-functionally with key business units to design, launch, and optimize cohesive, full-funnel marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who enjoys both strategic planning and hands‑on execution with a strong focus on data. You will partner closely with team leadership to adapt to evolving business priorities, while serving as a supportive mentor to help elevate and guide junior team members. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy finding clarity and strategic opportunities within complex data, and are passionate about driving team success, we would love to talk with you!

Responsibilities:
Strategy & Budget Allocation
  • Lead paid media strategy development, budget allocation, and comprehensive financial reconciliation across platforms and business units.
Campaign Execution & Testing
  • Strategize, launch, and manage full‑funnel marketing campaigns across search, social, and display.

  • Implement robust testing frameworks to continuously optimize campaign performance and efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Oversee comprehensive data synthesis, build performance dashboards, and develop advanced attribution models.

  • Manage regular campaign reporting and turn ambiguous data into actionable, strategic insights for leadership.

Cross‑Functional Project Management
  • Act as a project manager for paid media initiatives, working seamlessly with internal teams to roll out campaigns for key business units.
Leadership & Mentorship
  • Partner closely with the Paid Media Director and team leadership to support high‑level objectives.

  • Provide crucial support, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members to ensure the overall team’s success.

Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements (https://www.bls.gov/ors/factsheet/visual-overview-of-physical-demands.htm) ). The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6-8 years of dedicated paid media experience managing campaigns across search, social, and display channels.

  • Required Platform Expertise: Hands‑on experience executing and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, LinkedIn Business Manager, Meta Business Manager, DemandBase, and StackAdapt.

  • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Exceptional reporting and attribution experience. Ideal candidate is proficient in GA4, Looker (Data Studio), PowerBI, and possess advanced Excel skills to navigate and find clarity in ambiguous data.

  • Preferred Tech Stack: Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, ClickUp, Optimizely, Intentsify, Swydo, G2, Lunio, and Opteo is highly preferred.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of working cross‑functionally to launch integrated campaigns.

  • Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership, switching focuses rapidly without dropping the ball on core responsibilities.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
