You will translate growth goals into channel plans, budgets, and tests, partnering with Creative, Marketing Operations, and Compliance.

This remote Florida role requires 5+ years of experience, deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, and a numbers-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive paid media experience with direct ownership of strategy and buying.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, analytics, or a related field.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, operations, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day paid media strategy, planning, buying, and optimization across paid search and social.
• Translate growth objectives into channel plans, budgets, forecasts, and tests.
• Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor performance and run disciplined optimizations to improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion quality.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
