Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own end-to-end client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and creative testing.

You will lead client conversations, craft direct-response copy and video scripts, and develop data-driven testing strategies to optimize funnel performance. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive retention, renewals, and referrals through strong communication and campaign leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and strategies.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
