Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, testing, and client communication.

You’ll manage a portfolio end-to-end, lead client calls, and deliver data-driven recommendations with strong direct-response copy and video script input. The role reports to the Associate Director of Operations and focuses on optimizing Meta campaigns, testing strategies, and funnel improvements while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation
• Strong communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of calls
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and decisions
• Build client relationships to support retention and renewals
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; manage lead routing workflows
