Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, copy, and funnel optimization.

You’ll manage a portfolio end-to-end, lead strategy discussions with clients, and drive measurable appointment-generation for financial advisors. You’ll partner with creative teams, optimize testing programs, and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and referrals while reporting clear performance insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to meet defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and VSL scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up tracking, Meta pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
