Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, strategy, messaging, and creative testing.

This is a senior, hands-on role that goes beyond Ads Manager, requiring leadership across campaigns and client communications. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, lead strategy calls, develop testing plans, write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and optimize the funnel from awareness to lead generation and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with significant Meta advertising responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ad copy and video scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up tracking and troubleshoot conversion events, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
