Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Senior Manager of Paid Media & Experimentation to own our paid media engine and experimentation program. You will lead hands-on management of search, social, and programmatic campaigns, shaping strategy and testing to drive pipeline and revenue.

The role requires 7+ years in paid media, strong analytical skills, and experience with ABM alignment, CRO, and DXA tools. This hybrid role offers remote options within the US and collaboration with ABM and sales teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing experience with budget ownership and pipeline/revenue targets.
Experience managing a team, program, or agency relationships.
Strong analytical skills and experience with DXA/attribution tools.

Responsibilities

Own paid media strategy, budget, and pipeline targets across search, social, and programmatic.
Lead experimentation roadmap with A/B and multivariate testing.
Manage campaigns with agency partners to optimize cost efficiency and quality pipeline.
Plan and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
Collaborate with ABM and sales to align paid programs with target accounts.
