Job summary

TENEX.AI is hiring a hands-on Senior Paid Media Manager to own global paid advertising strategy and execution across search, social, display, video, programmatic, and DOOH. You will be the single accountable owner for turning ad spend into pipeline and revenue across regions.

This role requires running multi-region campaigns, heavy geo-targeting, and a focus on CPL, ROAS, and conversion tracking. Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps and leverage AI tools to optimize performance.

Qualifications

6+ years in paid media management for B2B SaaS.
Proven track record managing annual paid media budgets of $100K+.
Hands-on expertise with AdRoll, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.
Global/multi-region campaigns with geo-targeting experience.
Strong knowledge of last-touch attribution and conversion tracking.
Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker/Tableau, and Excel/Sheets.
Using AI tools to optimize bidding and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute ABM strategy for global paid media across multiple channels.
Manage geo-targeting down to region, city, and account level.
Plan and allocate a multi-region annual media budget with ROI focus.
Run full-funnel campaigns across countries/time zones.
Own CPL, pipeline cost, ROAS, and report in business terms.
Build measurement infrastructure: GA4, GTM, UTM, last-touch attribution.
Support ABM/intent targeting with signals from AdRoll, Apollo.
Design continuous experimentation across creative, audience, bid strategy, and landing pages.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, RevOps, and external agencies.
