Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior Paid Media professional to lead global campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and X. The role requires hands-on expertise in multi-platform advertising, deep linking, and attribution, with a focus on performance metrics.

You will optimize campaigns for CPA, LTV, and ROI while collaborating with regional teams and product groups to drive global growth. Strong English communication and at least 5 years of experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience with sizeable budgets.
• Proven across at least 2–3 major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, X).
• Strong analytical skills and professional English proficiency.
• W2A experience with deep linking and attribution.
• Experience with mobile manufacturer channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale global Big Media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, X, and other platforms.
• Drive W2A acquisition and optimize landing pages, deep links, attribution, and conversion funnels.
• Develop and optimize mobile manufacturer channels.
• Drive creative optimization through performance analysis, A/B testing, and iteration to improve campaign performance.
• Optimize performance-based CPA, LTV, ROI, and user quality.
• Develop market-specific strategies with Regional, BI, Big Data, Creative, and Product teams to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale global Big Media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, X, and other major platforms.
• Drive Web-to-App (W2A) acquisition and optimize landing pages, deep links, attribution, and conversion funnels.
• Develop and optimize mobile manufacturer channels.
• Drive creative optimization through performance analysis, A/B testing, and continuous iteration to improve campaign performance.
• Optimize performance based CPA, LTV, ROI, and user quality.
• Develop market-specific strategies and collaborate with Regional, BI, Big Data, Creative, and Product teams to drive growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Paid Media, with experience managing sizable budgets.
• Strong hands-on experience across at least 2-3 major platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and X.
• Proven W2A experience with a solid understanding of deep linking, MMP attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with mobile manufacturer channels is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, global market experience, and professional English proficiency.

Nice to have: Experience with AppsFlyer, GA4, or other attribution and analytics tools.
