Job summary

Bybit ищет специалиста по созданию креативных материалов для глобальных рекламных кампаний и performance-маркетинга. Ваша задача — разрабатывать видео и баннеры, оптимизировать креативы на основе тестирования и работать с App Store/Google Play assets.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ года опыта в цифровой рекламе / дизайне эффективной креативной продукции.

• Навыки работы с инструментами дизайна (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) и базовое использование AI-генерации контента.

Responsibilities

• Разработка креативов для глобальных рекламных кампаний в TikTok, Google, Meta, X и др.
• Создание коротких видео, статических баннеров, рекламных материалов и других креативов.
• Сотрудничество с медиабайерами для адаптации креатива на основе результатов A/B тестов.
• Дизайн и оптимизация ассетов App Store и Google Play (скриншоты, промо-материалы).
• Адаптация и локализация креативов под разные рынки и аудитории.
• Использование AI-инструментов для эффективной генерации, оптимизации и масштабирования креативов.

Задачи:

Design creative assets for global paid media campaigns across Tiktok, Google, Meta, X, DSP, affiliates, and other channels.

Produce short videos, static banners, social ads, and other performance creatives.

Work closely with Media Buyers to develop and iterate creatives based on campaign performance and A/B testing results.

Design and optimize App Store and Google Play store assets, including screenshots and promotional creatives.

Adapt and localize creatives for different markets and audiences.

Use AI tools to efficiently generate, optimize, and scale creative assets.

Требования:

• 2–3+ years of experience in digital advertising / performance creative design.
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other major design tools.
• Proficient in using AI tools for image/video generation and creative production.
• Hands-on experience in designing App Store and Google Play store pages/assets.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROI.
• Able to work efficiently and deliver multiple creative variations for testing.
• Experience in Crypto, FinTech, Trading, or global advertising is a plus.
• Motion graphics / video editing skills are a plus.
• English can be used as a working language.
