Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an elite Media Buyer to own ad performance across a growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement clients. This is a performance-driven role focused on high-ticket lead generation, booked inspections, and end-to-end client relationships.

You will manage Meta campaigns for 10+ accounts, build and test funnels, mentor junior buyers, and help shape scalable, data-driven ad processes as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience managing $30k–$100k+ monthly Meta ad spend.
• Experience in home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
• Ability to maintain minimum 2x ROAS at 30% profit margins.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• Structured testing with data-driven experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta ad campaigns for 10+ client accounts.
• Build, test, and iterate high-converting lead gen funnels and booking structures.
• Lead weekly strategy calls and provide clear performance reporting.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to optimize CPL and CPA.
• Collaborate with founder to develop ad creatives and messaging.
• Identify underperforming metrics and implement fixes.
• Document and systematize media buying processes for scalability.
