Power Digital Marketing seeks a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to lead performance marketing strategy across high-value accounts, delivering measurable outcomes through data-driven insights and cross-channel integration.

You will mentor junior staff, partner with clients, and drive AI-powered optimization within the Nova ecosystem while maintaining high-quality deliverables and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, with 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Hands-on experience with at least two paid advertising channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts.
• Conduct QA to prevent errors impacting client revenue.
• Maintain accurate budget pacing and advise on changes.
• Provide expert channel knowledge and strategic recommendations.
