A leading software company is seeking a Senior Paid Acquisition Specialist to enhance their marketing efforts. This role involves developing impactful campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing budgets, and collaborating with creative teams to drive user acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and extensive experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns.

We are expanding our acquisition goals and looking for an experienced Senior Paid Acquisition Specialist to join our Marketing team. If you have a strong background in paid advertising, love data-driven strategies, and want to work on successful Windows & Mac applications, this opportunity is for you!
Develop and execute high-impact paid user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant channels (search, display, video)
Optimize six-figure monthly budgets to maximize performance and drive sustainable growth
Identify new growth opportunities and expand into new market segments, focusing on the US and Europe
Collaborate with the creative team to optimize ad creatives and landing pages for better conversions
Ensure seamless integration with analytics platforms for accurate performance tracking
Generate weekly & monthly reports with actionable insights
Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously test new ideas for campaign improvement
5+ years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (preferably for software products)
Proven expertise with Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram campaigns
Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, QlikSense, or Tableau
Experience working with substantial budgets and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Knowledge of landing page optimization and ad creative strategies
Intermediate+ English level (fluency is a plus)
Experience in a software or technology company is an advantage
Microsoft Ads experience is a plus
Working on inspiring products in a team of supportive professionals
