Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior PACS Consultant with deep AMAG Symmetry expertise to support the implementation, integration, and operation of an enterprise PACS system.

You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure secure, highly available PACS infrastructure across multiple sites. This role requires strong SQL Server skills and experience with enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise PACS platforms.
• Hands-on AMAG Symmetry administration, implementation, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Experience with badge management, access provisioning, readers, controllers, alarms, and field control panels.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Experience integrating PACS with enterprise apps and APIs.
• Experience supporting highly available, multi-site environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for PACS implementation and integration initiatives.
• Partner with business teams, vendors, and system integrators to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Support architecture, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and long-term supportability.
