Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior PACS Consultant with deep expertise in AMAG Symmetry to support the implementation, integration, and operation of an enterprise Physical Access Control System (PACS).

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on PACS experience, strong AMAG Symmetry administration, and a track record in badge management, readers, controllers, alarms, and API integrations across multi-site environments. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise PACS platforms.
• Strong hands-on AMAG Symmetry administration, implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with badge management, access provisioning, readers, controllers, alarms, and field control panels.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Experience integrating PACS solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Experience supporting highly available, multi-site environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for PACS implementation and integration initiatives.
• Partner with business teams, vendors, and system integrators to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Support architecture, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and long-term supportability.
