Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior PACS Consultant with deep AMAG Symmetry expertise to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing operation of an enterprise PACS. You will lead technical initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and scalable security infrastructure across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PACS experience, hands-on AMAG Symmetry administration, and strong SQL Server skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise PACS platforms.
• Hands-on AMAG Symmetry administration, implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with badge management, access provisioning, readers, controllers, alarms and field panels.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Experience integrating PACS with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Experience supporting highly available, multi-site environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for PACS implementation and integration initiatives.
• Partner with business teams, vendors, and system integrators to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Support architecture, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and long-term supportability.
