Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience with C programming.
• At least 2 years of experience with C++ programming.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and operating systems.
• Hands-on experience in Linux and Python.
• Team collaboration and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Architect & develop Packet Forwarding features for PTX Series Routers—IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, SRv6, Multicast, GRE, LAG and tunneling features.
• Collaborate with Product Line Managers to translate features into implementation.
• Work with Test Teams to qualify and deliver high-quality products.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and requirements.
• Participate in industry forums and contribute to standards.
• Sustain and evolve existing features over time.
