Qualifications

• Engineering or business/SC degree with 3–6 years in SCM or S&OP.
• Willingness to travel across North America.
• Strong client-facing leadership and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP process design and go-live engagements from scoping to go-live.
• Own working capital diagnostics, benchmarking, and operations gap analyses for client accounts.
• Direct demand planning and inventory optimization workstreams.
• Serve as the primary client contact — manage relationship, expectations, and engagement economics.
• Lead client workshops and steering committee presentations.
• Review and guide the work of Consultants and Junior Consultants on the engagement team.
