The role focuses on PET and HDPE bottles, injection-molded closures, labels, shrink sleeves, and leads packaging development projects from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7 years of packaging experience in the CPG industry.
• Experience with PET/HDPE bottles, injection-molded closures, labels, or shrink sleeves.
• Strong technical understanding of packaging materials, development processes, and applications.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support packaging development projects from concept through implementation.
• Apply technical expertise across PET and HDPE bottles, injection-molded closures, labels, and shrink sleeves.
• Independently manage complex packaging assignments, priorities, and deliverables.
• Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support packaging initiatives.
• Drive project execution and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Travel domestically as needed to support packaging activities and business objectives.
