Qualifications

• Approximately 7 years of relevant packaging experience in the CPG industry.
• Experience with PET/HDPE bottles, injection-molded closures, labels or shrink sleeves.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials and development processes.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging development projects from concept through implementation.
• Apply expertise across PET/HDPE bottles, closures, labels, and shrink sleeves.
• Independently manage complex packaging assignments, priorities, and deliverables.
• Identify technical challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support initiatives.
• Drive project execution and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel domestically as needed to support activities.
