Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Food Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in packaging quality, packaging development, food manufacturing, quality systems, or commercialization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with packaging supplier management and qualification.

Aufgaben

• Lead packaging innovation, renovation, productivity, and sustainability projects while ensuring safety, quality, regulatory, and consumer requirements.
• Develop and maintain packaging quality standards, specifications, and control strategies; monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes.
• Support New product development, packaging innovation, sustainability initiatives, and reformulations; ensure qualification and validation before launch.
• Collaborate with supplier quality and procurement to qualify and improve packaging suppliers and root-cause investigations.
• Support regulatory compliance, packaging labeling interfaces, and internal/external audits.
• Provide leadership for sustainability projects and ensure objectives are achieved without compromising quality or safety.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across categories and manufacturing sites.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and ensure robust documentation and knowledge continuity.
• Travel 25-35%.
