Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Food Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in packaging quality, packaging development, or related fields.
• Experience with innovation and new product development projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with supplier management and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging quality in design leadership for innovation, renovation, and sustainability projects.
• Ensure packaging solutions meet food safety, quality, regulatory, and consumer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate packaging-related quality and food safety risks early in development.
• Provide technical leadership during stage-gate reviews and commercialization activities.
• Develop packaging standards, specifications, and validation requirements.
