Danone USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality in Design (Packaging) to oversee packaging systems and technologies, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the lifecycle from development to commercialization.

This hybrid role collaborates with R&I, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs to drive early risk mitigation and first-time-right launches, while advancing sustainability and consumer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Food Science, or related discipline is required or equivalent.
• 10+ years in packaging quality, development, or CPG manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience with packaging supplier management and qualification.

Responsabilités

• Lead packaging innovation, renovation, productivity, and sustainability projects as QFS lead.
• Ensure packaging solutions meet food safety, quality, regulatory, and consumer requirements.
• Identify and mitigate packaging quality and food safety risks early in development.
• Provide technical leadership during stage-gate reviews and commercialization activities.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across categories and sites.
