You will coordinate with business units and central procurement, drive supplier performance, and guide cross-functional teams through lean initiatives, delivering value across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as described in the qualifications.
• 7+ years in Purchasing/Supply Chain with business experience.
• 4+ years leading cross-functional project work and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging procurement categories focused on graphic spend (Flexibles - Film/Labels).
• Develop category strategies to optimize cost and supplier base while mitigating risk.
• Coordinate strategy execution across Direct and Indirect spend.
• Serve as liaison between Procurement and vendors, manage supplier performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives in supply chain.
