Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Corporate Project Engineer to lead the engineering functions for new business development projects and strategic capital programs at Sharp facilities. You will manage design, specifications, procurement, and implementation of equipment and processes to support new product launches and efficiencies in production environments.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to production, collaborating with Account Executives, evaluating equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field) required.
• 7+ years of experience in project engineering, capital projects, or manufacturing environments.
• Direct experience with project management, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of capital/engineering projects for new business initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across design, procurement, and production to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide technical liaison support to Account Executives and customers.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including URS, FRS, FAT/SAT, and validation protocols.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and performance to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; drive continuous improvement.
