Job summary

Sharp Packaging Services, part of Sharp Packaging Solutions and Sharp Clinical Services, seeks a Senior Estimator to direct the estimating process for new business opportunities and major packaging projects.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality and Finance to develop cost estimates, create technical packages, and ensure smooth hand‑offs to project teams across the global pharmaceutical packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business with 5+ years of experience in cost estimating.
• Experience with CDMO/pharma or pricing/costing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the estimating process for new business opportunities and major packaging projects.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Operations and Operational Finance on cost estimates and quotes.
• Develop estimates including materials, machine rates, investments and labor for new opportunities.
• Prepare technical packages and support sales with quotations and presentations.
