Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Packaging Process Engineer – Warehousing & Distribution to design packaging that protects products during transport and storage.

You will drive cost-effective warehousing solutions and support supply chain efficiency while partnering with Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain, and OEM suppliers. Key responsibilities include selecting materials, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring compliance with FDA, ISTA and related standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. Engineering required; preferably Packaging Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years in Packaging Design and Development.
• Experience leading process improvement projects.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing or health sciences preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop packaging solutions for warehouse environments.
• Optimize packaging and logistics processes for efficiency and protection.
• Lead cost-improvement initiatives in warehousing and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards for packaging and transport.
